What do you do when it's a blizzard outside?

SLEEP IN!

Okay - so I KNOW this is not the most glamorous photo of myself, but the fact that Eric took it upon himself to go get the camera and snap a picture of Dora, Alex & I sleeping in, I had to post it! This was like the first time in....forever....that I've actually gotten to sleep in on a Saturday! Thank you God for the snow!

'Tis the Season...

...tax season that is! Have you filed your taxes yet? You have 3 weeks and 1 more day to get your taxes filed. Mine have been filed and the refunds have been spent (on nothing fun, I can assure you)! I have been so incredibly busy at work, it's no wonder I haven't had time to do anything, including keeping all of you updated on our lives here on this blog.

Every year at this time, I feel horribly overwhelmed, overworked & overstressed, my house is a mess, and I can't seem to do anything but work, eat & sleep. All those household chores will still be there tomorrow - although I must give my husband some big Kudo's - he's been doing an awesome job of at least picking up the house (just don't open any cupboards or cabinets; who knows what will fall out :o) He has also been cooking dinners and having it ready when I get home from work - which sometimes is at 6:00 or like last Friday it was more like 8:30. I just keep telling myself...3 weeks and 1 more day....then all this madness will be over!

My lunch is over - so I guess I should get back to work! I'll do my best to find some time to update you all on everything else.

Cute Dress

Eric's mom bought this adorable little dress at a children's boutique (Riley & Reece). Since she's outgrowing all of her clothes practically before I get them home from the store I thought I'd better take a picture so we can remember it forever so I took some pictures before we went to church.
